It is our pleasure to welcome you to the web page for ICARE 2019 and to the vibrant and international city of London. We invite you to come and join us at one of the most exciting and growing international conferences for exotic, wildlife and zoo species.
Now in its fourth conference we are delighted to bring ICARE to London and plan an expanded conference with multiple streams covering all topics in mammal, reptile, bird and zoo animal medicine and surgery. We will combine an exciting conference covering the latest information with a nursing day and review and key stone lectures, as well as wet lab and master classes. A programme is being put together with renowned international speakers and will be available soon.
The venue is one of London’s main conference centres and has a campus setting with easy access to hotels covering all cost options. Access is available by rail, road and air with rail links to all five of London’s airports. The new Elizabeth Line will run directly to ExCel (Custom House) allowing a direct link from Heathrow as well as connecting the rest of London in record times. London’s City Airport is next door allowing easy access from Europe or if you prefer rail The Eurostar runs regular services into St Pancras International which is only a small journey away from the conference centre. We feel this venue will allow fantastic ease of access around the city whilst providing a close community for networking.
London hosts some of the finest attractions in the world and this ancient city has a wealth of history to explore. We will offer a fantastic social programme, along with the ability for excursions further afield. Why not combine your conference with a holiday in the United Kingdom or a trip to Europe on the Eurostar? We also hope to offer some exclusive once in a life time events so keep checking this webpage and Facebook regularly. You can also sign up for news updates as they break!
So on behalf of ICARE and the rest of the Organising Committee we look forward to welcoming you to London and hope you enjoy the conference and all it has to offer.
