    Externships for Birds and Exotics in Germany, USA, The Netherlands and UK.
    Special training in Ultrasound for small animals and Exotics in Germany, USA and Austria.
    She is lecturing about Bird- and Reptile Medicine with special field Ultrasound in Austria, Brazil, Argeninia, Poland, Israel, Thailand, Csech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Russia, Croatia, Thailand, Serbia, Montenegro, France, Italy and USA.
    She is author and co-author of several scientific papers about exotic medicine.
    Book Chapter Ultrasound in 2nd Edition of Current Therapy in Reptile Medicine and Surgery Mader & Divers. Book Chapter Ultrasound in Divers: Mader’s Reptile and Amphibian Medicine and Surgery – 3rd Edition.

    She is Founder and Vice-President of the conservation organization called Endangered (www.endangered.at) who started with conservation programmes in Rwanda – Mountain Gorillas/social programmes for the local people.

    Dr Lionel Schillinger
    Dr Lionel SCHILLIGER graduated from the french National Veterinary School of Nantes (Oniris) in 1989 and has been working with dogs, cats and reptiles ever since. He certified in canine and feline nutrition in 1992 (E.N.V.A), in clinical hematology and biochemistry of small companion animals in 1998 (E.N.V.T), and in canine and feline internal medicine in 2011 (Vet Agro Sup). He is a Diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine (ECZM - Herpetology) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP - Reptile and Amphibian Practice). He is also a representative member of his country in the International Committee of the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV).

    Lionel SCHILLIGER works as a private practitioner in Paris and at the National Veterinary School of Maisons-Alfort.
